ALG Series Fully Automatic Screw Cleaning Machine
The ALG Series is designed for the automatic cleaning of screws with different lengths and L/D ratios. By combining hydrodynamic rotational energy with the reaction force generated by screw rotation, the system provides complete 360° cleaning without leaving any inaccessible areas.

SLG Series Fully Automatic Screw Cleaning Machine
The SLG Series provides automatic high-pressure screw cleaning with one-button operation. With a working pressure of up to 2,500 bar, it offers an effective solution for removing polymer and carbon residues from screws used in various industries.

QLX Series Screw and Mold Cleaning Machine
The key advantage of the QLX Series is its ability to clean both screws and molds using a single system. This multi-purpose design increases equipment utilization within the factory while helping reduce the need for separate cleaning systems.
Pressure, movement speed and cleaning duration can be digitally adjusted through the intelligent control system. Dedicated programs can be created for different screw geometries, mold structures and material residues, enabling automatic and repeatable cleaning.
The 360° rotating ultra-high-pressure water gun reaches difficult-to-clean areas, particularly the kneading and shearing sections of screws, and effectively removes carbonized material and resin residues.
The QLX Series is also equipped with a split-type high-pressure pump station operating between 0 and 2,500 bar, together with a handheld cleaning gun. The handheld gun can be used to clean complex mold geometries, hard-to-reach areas and various industrial surfaces throughout the factory.
