ACCA floor, surface and general facility hygiene products are developed for effective cleaning in production facilities, professional kitchens, offices, communal areas, hospitals, restaurants and shared spaces. The range provides solutions for different surfaces and contaminants, from floor cleaners and glass-care products to toilet cleaners and waste-area hygiene products.
Hygiene in industrial and commercial facilities is not limited to production machinery. Floors, glass, stainless steel, toilets, waste-collection areas, corridors, offices and social spaces also require regular cleaning.
Using the same chemical on every surface may not be appropriate. Ceramic and stoneware floors may tolerate strong degreasers, while marble and natural stone can be damaged by acidic products. Glass and polished metal surfaces require products that do not leave streaks, marks or silicone residues.
A facility hygiene programme must consider correct dosing, material compatibility, odour control, rinsing requirements and employee safety as well as cleaning performance. Uncontrolled use of concentrated products may cause surface residues, slipperiness, unnecessary consumption and higher costs.

Floor Cleaners
AMMONIOLUX
A concentrated, pleasantly scented floor cleaner developed for frequent cleaning of different floor types. It combines cleaning action with hygiene support.
It can be used for daily or periodic cleaning in restaurants, hospitals, professional kitchens, offices and heavily used communal areas.
PAVI FRESH
A scented cleaner developed for daily cleaning of ceramic, stoneware, linoleum, marble and similar floors.
Its surfactant-based formulation removes oily contamination while leaving a fresh scent. The correct dilution should be used on marble and sensitive surfaces.
PINE
A neutral-pH cleaning and sanitizing gel containing pine oil. It can be used on floors, general surfaces and waste containers.
Its pine-oil content supports odour control and hygienic conditions. Its gel consistency provides more controlled contact with contaminated surfaces.
CX-2000 LIQUIDO
A strong cleaning and hygiene product containing alkaline substances and chlorine. Its degreasing action makes it suitable for toilets, floors, waste areas and compatible heavily contaminated surfaces.
Because it contains chlorine, it must never be mixed with acidic products. Testing is recommended on coloured, sensitive or chlorine-incompatible surfaces.
DOUBLE
A pine-scented cleaning and hygiene product containing surfactants, quaternary ammonium compounds and alcohols.
It can be used on floors, equipment exteriors and waste-collection areas. Its long-lasting fragrance helps create a clean and fresh environment.
CITROPAV
A specialised floor and surface cleaner combining cleaning agents with the repellent action of lemongrass.
It provides degreasing performance and helps discourage insects from treated areas for several hours. CITROPAV is a surface cleaner and does not replace a professional pest-control programme.
Floor Protection Product
CERALUX
A concentrated wax emulsion developed to create a protective and glossy layer on floors.
Its self-levelling properties support easy, uniform application. The resulting film is resistant to washing and marks and provides slip-reducing characteristics.
Glass and Polished-Surface Cleaners
CRISTALVETRI
A concentrated, silicone-free cleaner developed for glass, stainless steel, chrome and laminated surfaces.
It provides cleaning and polishing action. According to the ACCA catalogue, it can be diluted with water up to a one-to-five ratio.
CRISTALVETRI PRONTO
The ready-to-use version of CRISTALVETRI. It can be applied to glass, stainless steel, chrome and compatible laminate surfaces without dilution or solution preparation.
It provides a convenient option for daily and localised cleaning.
SPEED-NET
A ready-to-use multipurpose cleaner developed to remove oil and grease.
It can be used on counters, equipment exteriors, tables and compatible hard surfaces. Compatibility testing is recommended on sensitive plastics, paints and coatings.

WC CHEM
A concentrated, strongly scented product that helps break down waste and control odours in chemical toilets.
It provides rapid action at both low and high temperatures. It can be used in site toilets, boats, motorhomes, caravans and similar portable toilet systems.
WC DET
A concentrated acidic cleaning and hygiene product developed to remove limescale, deposits, dirt and stains from toilets and wet areas.
It provides descaling, odour control and surface cleaning. It should not be used on acid-sensitive marble, natural stone or incompatible metals.
Dosing Systems
DOSATORE PRODET 1X16
A dosing system that prepares ready-to-use cleaning solutions by mixing one concentrated chemical with water at a controlled ratio.
According to the ACCA catalogue, it has a flow rate of 16 litres per minute and one product inlet.
DOSATORE PRODET 4X4
A multi-product dosing system that provides controlled dilution of four concentrated products with water.
According to the ACCA catalogue, it has a flow rate of 4 litres per minute and four product inlets.

Selecting Floor and Surface Products
AMMONIOLUX or PAVI FRESH can be used for daily, pleasantly scented floor cleaning.
PINE can be considered where a neutral-pH gel product is required.
CX-2000 LIQUIDO can be selected for heavy greasy contamination and chlorinated cleaning on compatible surfaces.
DOUBLE is suitable where a quaternary-ammonium and alcohol-based product with a lasting fragrance is required.
CITROPAV can be considered where cleaning and short-term insect-repellent action are desired together.
CERALUX can be used to create a protective, glossy film on compatible floors.

Recommended General Cleaning Programme
1. Identify the contamination type and surface material.
2. Physically remove loose dirt and solid waste.
3. Dilute the product according to the technical instructions or apply the ready-to-use product directly.
4. Clean the surface using a suitable mop, cloth, brush or machine.
5. Rinse the surface or allow it to dry according to the product instructions.
6. Where required, apply CERALUX after the floor has been thoroughly cleaned and neutralised.
7. Inspect the area for slipperiness, chemical residue and appearance.

Application and Safety Statement
The term hygiene-supporting cleaner does not necessarily mean that a product is a registered disinfectant under all conditions. Where microbiological control is required, current authorisation, technical documentation, concentration and contact time must be verified.
Chlorine-containing CX-2000 LIQUIDO must never be mixed with acidic WC DET or any other acid. Such mixtures can release toxic chlorine gas.
Different products must not be mixed in the same bucket, bottle or dosing line. Chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection should be used, and adequate ventilation should be provided.
Warning signs should be placed around wet floors. Food-contact surfaces must be rinsed thoroughly according to the technical instructions after cleaning.
