Sanitizing, Conveyor Lubrication and Maintenance Products
ACCA wine and beverage industry sanitizing, conveyor lubrication and maintenance products support reliable operation of tanks, filling lines, bottle conveyors, pumps, valves and production machinery. The range extends from peracetic-acid and hydrogen-peroxide sanitizers to non-foaming conveyor lubricants, food-compatible oils and greases, and stainless-steel maintenance products.
Applying a suitable sanitizing stage after cleaning helps control microbiological load on equipment in wine and beverage production. Sanitizer selection should be based on surface material, target microorganisms, organic load, application temperature and contact time.
Regular lubrication of conveyors in filling and packaging lines is also important for production continuity. Insufficient lubrication may cause bottles to fall, jam on the line and increase friction and energy consumption. Excessive or unsuitable lubrication may generate foam, deposits, slippery floors and packaging contamination.
Maintenance products help protect pumps, valves, rollers, O-rings, cams, pistons and other mechanical components. Oils and greases used in wine and beverage facilities should resist water, cleaning chemicals, high loads and changing temperatures.
The ACCA range includes chlorine-free and oxidizing sanitizers, a synthetic conveyor lubricant dedicated to wineries, food-industry oils and greases, stainless-steel restoration products, penetrating maintenance lubricants and specialised hand cleaners.
Sanitizing Products
IG ACID
A peracetic-acid-based acidic sanitizer with strong oxidizing action. It works at room temperature without generating foam and is readily rinsed.
It is suitable for circulation sanitizing of tanks, pipelines and closed processing equipment in wineries. Its non-foaming properties support stable pump and CIP operation.
OXI WHITE
A hydrogen-peroxide-based sanitizing additive for the wine industry. It provides rapid sanitizing action together with a bleaching effect.
It can be used for sanitizing production equipment and surfaces and for cleaning wooden equipment and wine barrels. Because of its bleaching action, controlled testing is recommended on wood, coatings and sensitive surfaces.
OXI WHITE F
A special sanitizer based on citric acid and hydrogen peroxide, developed for the wine industry. It provides rapid action on equipment and surfaces.
Its acidic and oxidizing properties support process-residue control and hygienic conditions on cleaned surfaces.
ENOTOTAL IG
A chlorine-free alkaline cleaner and sanitizer. It provides strong cleaning and tartrate-removal action without chlorine odour.
It is developed to remove lees, sludge and organic deposits from tanks and containers. It can support cleaning and sanitizing in the same process.
Conveyor Lubricants
ENO-TRANS 29
A concentrated synthetic lubricant developed for conveyors in wine and beverage production lines. Its transparent and chemically stable formulation helps reduce sludge and deposits on the line.
Its resistance to degradation provides consistent lubrication. It is developed specifically for winery bottling lines.
TRANSFLUID
A concentrated soap-based cleaner-lubricant for bottle and packaging conveyors. It supports both conveyor lubrication and belt-surface cleaning.
TRANSFLUID D
A soap-based conveyor lubricant providing cleaning and lubrication on the belt and underlying mechanical areas.
TRANSLUBE A
An amine-based synthetic conveyor lubricant developed for glass, PET and PVC bottles, metal cans and other packaging. It provides high lubricating performance without foam.
Food-Compatible Oils and Greases
ENO-FOOD GREASE
A food-industry lubricating grease developed for bottling machines, valves, rollers, pumps and O-rings.
It withstands high temperatures, loads and pressures. It is odourless and contains no colouring agents. It can be considered for mechanical components exposed to water and frequent cleaning.
ENO-FOOD GREASE AEROSOL
The aerosol version of ENO-FOOD GREASE. It provides controlled application to difficult-to-reach lubrication points.
It can be used for maintaining rollers, hinges, valves, pumps, chains and O-rings.
ENO-FOOD OIL
A lubricating oil developed for wine and beverage machinery that remains stable in the presence of water.
It withstands high loads and pressures. Its colourless and odourless formulation without hazardous chemical additives is suitable for bottling machines, cams, valves, pistons, pumps and O-rings.
ENO-FOOD OIL AEROSOL
The aerosol version of ENO-FOOD OIL. It can be applied accurately to chains, joints, cams, valves and other difficult-to-reach maintenance points.
Technical Maintenance Products
ENO-SUPERINOX
A dedicated product for cleaning, descaling and polishing stainless-steel tanks and machinery in the wine industry.
It removes heavy contamination and helps restore a uniform, glossy appearance. It can be used for periodic maintenance and reconditioning of tanks and machines.
ENO-ALUSOL
A specialised cleaner developed to remove copper-sulphate residues and copper-green deposits from machinery and equipment.
It also helps remove herbicides, mud, grease and atmospheric contamination. The ACCA catalogue states that it restores treated components and is safe on suitable surfaces.
ENO-SBLOC AEROSOL
A penetrating and lubricating aerosol developed to loosen seized connections, bolts and mechanical parts in wine-production facilities.
It provides strong penetrating action in demanding conditions and supports disassembly without damaging the component.
ENO-SOLV
A slow-evaporating, low-odour multipurpose safety solvent developed for degreasing mechanical components in the wine industry.
Its extended contact time helps dissolve oil and grease. Compatibility testing is recommended on sensitive plastics, elastomers and painted surfaces.
ENO-RE PAINT
A gel paint stripper developed to remove resistant industrial coatings from metal surfaces in wine and beverage facilities.
Its high viscosity helps it adhere to large and vertical surfaces. It can be used for machinery and equipment refurbishment.
CREMA DETERGENTE NEW
A special hand-cleaning cream developed for operators in wineries. It helps remove coloured contamination caused by anthocyanins and tannins.
Its viscous, high-active formulation helps leave hands soft and protected after cleaning.
Difference Between Cleaning and Sanitizing
A sanitizer may not provide sufficient results on a heavily contaminated surface. Oil, yeast, sediment and organic residues may prevent the active substance from reaching the surface.
The general sequence should therefore be:
1. Removal of gross contamination
2. Cleaning with an alkaline or suitable detergent
3. Rinsing with clean water
4. Acid cleaning where required
5. Re-rinsing
6. Application of the appropriate sanitizer at the correct concentration and contact time
7. Final rinsing and preparation for production according to product instructions
Conveyor Lubrication Considerations
The conveyor lubricant must be applied at the correct rate. Insufficient dosing may cause bottles to fall and increase belt wear, while excessive dosing may lead to foam, deposits and slippery floors.
The following factors should be evaluated:
- Glass, PET, PVC or metal packaging
- Conveyor-belt material
- Line speed and conveying load
- Process-water hardness
- Foam tolerance
- Automatic dosing system
- Deposit formation on the belt
- Floor and drainage conditions

Application and Safety Statement
Peracetic-acid and hydrogen-peroxide products are strong oxidizers. They must not be mixed with other chemicals without technical approval and should only be used with suitable dosing equipment.
Sanitizing effectiveness depends on concentration, contact time, temperature, organic load and target microorganisms. Verification should be performed according to facility procedures and applicable regulations.
Food-compatible lubricants are not edible products. Direct contact with food or beverages must be prevented, and only the minimum technically required quantity should be applied.
Aerosols must not be used near open flames, hot surfaces or active electrical sources. Machinery should be stopped and safely isolated before maintenance.
