The Plastic Injection and Bottle Recycling Machine is specifically designed for the efficient recycling of products such as buckets, baskets, drums, and similar items made from plastics including PP, PE, LDPE, and HDPE.
The complete process includes shredding and crushing of materials, water rinsing, friction washing, drying through the washing system, followed by plasticization, pelletizing, and final drying through the pelletizing system. Thanks to the PLC-based intelligent control system, the line operates with a high level of automation and can be run with only 3-4 operators.
