Unlike spring-loaded sealing nozzles, the 1000, 2000 and 3000 series sealing nozzles can be controlled for pressure loss.
The cylinder guarantees perfect hydraulic or pneumatic operation.
The needle position can be fixed at any point.
The safety system is designed to work with a decompression system above 600 bar.
If required, the nozzle tip and needle can be manufactured in different lengths for deep-runner moulds.
Suitable for operation at temperatures up to 400C.
Provides very short cycle time and prevents material loss.
Suitable for all types of thermoplastic and silicone applications.
Supplied with heating bands and thermal sensor.
Withstands up to 2500bar pressure.
